From the official press release for the bar, located in a building that dates back to the late 19th century:

"I am excited for everyone to experience some of the best beers in the country," said Doug Guller, CEO of ATX Brands. "We expect The Chicago House to become the premier destination for a micro-brew on the most popular street in Austin. We'll be tapping selections from all over the country – once we run out, we will move on to the next delicious ale or hidden gem we can dig up."
Chicago House will also serve hot dogs and burgers via one of Guller's other properties, the Parish Undergroundcheck out the menu here. "Real time updates" on current beers can be found here.
