Sadly for ramen fans, the Michi Ramen brick-and-mortar did not open in 2012. But happily for ramen fans, it is really, really, really close to opening, like matter-of-days-not-weeks close to opening, and the proprietors tell Eater Austin they're still looking for front-of-house and back-of-house crew members from noon until 4 p.m., tomorrow (FOH) and Friday (BOH).
