Paul Qui Will Curate 'High-Caliber' Truck Eats For SXSW

Paul Qui, who surely does not have enough on his plate with getting his much-anticipated flagship restaurant Qui open this spring, will "curate a selection of gourmet food trucks for SXSW attendees this year," according to an official SXSW announcement today:

SouthBites is operating for all nine days of SXSW (March 8-16), open to the public and located right across the road from the Austin Convention Center. It will be an essential destination for thousands of hungry Music, Film and Interactive fans and industry players.
