Here's a look inside the brand-new Bar Mirabeau, the first of two projects coming downtown from chef Parind Vora. The chef's original Restaurant Jezebel caught fire and burned down in 2010, and now he's back with his more casual Mirabeau concept and, in October, a high-end Restaurant Jezebel relaunch.
Bar Mirabeau opened last weekend for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus weekend brunch. You'll want to get a pen and notepad to take down these opening hours: Monday-Wednesday, breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner is 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the bar open from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Thursdays and Fridays, breakfast, lunch and dinner hours are the same but the bar stays open until 2 a.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner is served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
