One of the defendants in the case stemming from a federal drug raid on Yassine Enterprises, the nightclub group that owned the likes of Treasure Island, Qua, Pure and Stack Burger Bar, appears to have gone missing. KXAN reports that Karim Faiq hasn't made a court appearance since May. He's been charged with cocaine distribution and was let out on bail in March. Jury selection for the case is scheduled for October 1st. [KXAN]
