The Yumé Burger Japanese-inspired food truck is "taking three weeks off to reevaluate." Owner Eric Silverstein (who also runs the uber-popular Peached Tortilla truck) tells Eater Austin that the Yumé truck "had major mechanical problems," and he and his team will evaluate the business once they get back from the San Francisco Street Food Festival in late August.
