Oh, but it is an exciting time to eat in Waco, what with it recently becoming even "more of a jewel" on the I-35 route between Dallas and Austin. Wacoans can now enjoy the global cuisine of Panda Express and soon, Freebirds and Mama Fu's, while those with more all-American tastebuds can wonder at their good fortune: not only has Which Wich opened a Waco location, but a Smashburger outpost will launch in September.
