Paul Qui To Finally Reveal Post-Uchiko Plans In NYC

Austin may have given Paul Qui a key to the city, but Qui's about to give New York the key to his future. The mum-lipped Top Chef will announce what he has planned for his post-reality-televison, post-Uchiko life at this fancy dinner series in New York City at the end of this month. Qui has gleefully and repeatedly refused to spill any details about new culinary projects, but it looks like that'll change come July 30th at this series of City Grit dinners in SoHo. From the City Grit website, what's next for Qui?

We’ll find out together when he joins us in the kitchen at CITY GRIT July 30 – August 4 for a six-night series featuring a seven-course tasting menu. He’ll be previewing dishes for his new concept and giving us the skinny on what he's got in the works.
