Here's hoping your click-finger is smoking hot enough to get tickets to the third annual Texas Monthly BBQ Festival when they go on sale a week from today. The magazine's food editor Pat Sharpe has chosen Dallas' Pecan Lodge as their 2012 "Newcomer," following last year's selection of Franklin Barbecue for the same title.
