If the Pachamama's temporary closure smelled a little fishy to you, collect your bets: the Peruvian Creole truck is closed forever as they "transition to a catering service." Haven't yet sampled their cuisine? That's probably because the truck just opened back in January. Now, they're going the catering route.

Per a post from Chef Victor Polanco and co-owner Hector Sloss on their Facebook page:

Hi Pachamama Friends, We are currently closed due to the restructuring and have dicided to transition to a catering service. We thank you for your patience. The trailer will on [sic] longer be in operation, but please stay tuned for updates as we transition to catering services and new menu options. You can follow us on facebook: PachamamasCuisine, web: www.pachamamascuisine.com.
Promise we won't start every morning this week with a sad closing post.
