Someday, we'll all be dining at the post office at East Sixth Street and Chicon. No, it's not a ploy by the USPS to stay afloat amid budget cuts by selling sandwiches and stamps. A commercial real estate company has bought the 6,000 square foot space, to be renovated and reopened "as a restaurant, lounge and office space." But not, the developers tell Eater Austin, until the post office vacates in September 2013. [ABJ/Eaterwire]
