Watch Contigo's Andrew Wiseheart Break Down A Pig

The folks at Contigo get a whole or half hog delivered to the East Austin patio restaurant on Wednesday mornings, at which point it's time for chef Andrew Wiseheart--who recently made it to the Eater Young Guns Final 50--to break the animal down into as many usable parts as possible. (Dude loves his charcuterie!)

For the meat-curious, Austin filmmaker Christian Remde's paired with Contigo to make a series of videos for the restaurant, and "Pig Day" seems a natural subject.
