Witness the power of lady-empowerment through food trucking: public media initiative Women And Girls Lead profiles the owners of Austin's premiere crepes-on-wheels restaurant, Flip Happy Crepes, owned by Nessa Higgins and Andrea Day Boykin. KLRU stops by the trailer to talk with the women, who met when their kids attended the same kindergarten.

Five years later, says Higgins, "All of it together has made me feel very empowered and confident." She adds: "A lot of young girls, and our daughters particularly, are seeing their moms not just be stay-at-home moms, but be the mom and also have their own business."
