Three-year-old Vietnamese sandwich shop Bite Mi on the UT Drag will be closing forever on Friday, making way for a new Korean restaurant. Via the Bite Mi Facebook page:
This week will be our very last week here in Austin. Bite Mi will be permanently close after 6/22/2012. During this week all loyalty cards with 5 stamps or more will be redeemable for free sandwiches . Please come by to get your sandwiches and bid goodbye to us. It have been a fun three adventurous and amazing years.The space will be taken over by a Korean restaurant, about which Bite Mi asks customers to "please give them the same support as you did for us."
