Now that Jason Donoho's moving on from sister restaurants ASTI and FINO, ASTI is promoting another chef de cuisine to the top spot, just as they did at FINO last month: Kenzie Allen will take over as chef of the Hyde Park Italian restaurant after four years working her way up from line cook.
