Chefs Hargrove, Coté Join Forces At East Side Show Room

Chef Paul Hargrove, who left the W Hotel's TRACE back in April, has moved on to the East Side ... Show Room. Via the ESSR's Facebook page: "paul hargrove from trace has joined forces with sonya cote to bring you even more local fare." Eater Austin e-mailed Hargrove for comment, and he writes back:

I will be overseeing day to day operations of the kitchen there starting next month and collaborating with Sonya on new menu ideas and specials. Also, I am developing a line of charcuterie and provision items that will be sold at select locations around town.
