Pelóns, 508, Zorro Truck Stylishly Take Over Jaime's Spot

Pelóns is the lead restaurant in Bikinis breastaurant owner Doug Guller's latest restaurant and bar project in the old Jaime's Spanish Village space along Red River downtown. Designer-in-demand Michael Hsu worked on the space, integrating a 500-year-old oak tree and winding, stone structure into an updated villa-style space that also holds the 508 Bar and the Zorro food truck.

Pelóns is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day serving Tex-Mex, while tacos are on order at Zorro and 508 specializes in cocktails and margaritas.
