Bistrot Mirabelle's new chef is Dan Haverty, formerly of the Shoreline Grill, which ended its 23-year run along the shores of Lady Bird Lake in January. Haverty replaces Clint Bertrand, who Bistrot Mirabelle rep Lisa O'Neill says "had to focus on family matters."
