Westlake's "seafood-centered" Eleven Plates & Wine has a new executive chef: Uchi-pedigreed Joe Anguiano, who joined the team last month. Their official announcement, sent today, says Anguiano will "focus on sustainability and freshness" and create a new spring menu that'll include a chilled sugar snap pea soup.
