Toobers in San Marcos can beer it up a little bit longer now that the city council has postponed a vote on banning booze while floating. The city may also double the fine for littering, but that'll all be voted on May 1st after council members have had time to hear more from the public. Just a ways down I-35, the city of New Braunfels has already eliminated toobing boozing. [KVUE]
