For those of us rightly intimidated by Elizabeth Street Café’s infamous $22 bowl of seafood pho, the new Vietnamese hot spot from Larry McGuire and Tommy Morman will now offer weekday happy specials. That is, $2 off drinks and every menu appetizer, like the Dungeness crab spring rolls and Niman Ranch pork belly steamed buns, Mon–Fri, 3–6.

Unfortunately there’s no happy hour special for pastry chef Alex Manley’s delicious nutella éclairs or daily bread pudding, but they’re worth sticking around for.
