The Vegan Nom to Open on April 29

North Loop neighbors, if you’ve been missing Counter Culture's hearty vegan fare outside the food mart, you’re in luck. The Vegan Nom, Austin’s newest purveyor of vegan sandwiches, salads, and wraps, is throwing a grand opening party on Sunday, April 29. From their Facebook page:

"Also sharing the celebration with our friendly neighbors MonkeyWrench Vegan Bakesale benefiting Sunny Day Farms. I plan on bringing an awesome Vegan Nom dessert for the sale."

The trailer is the latest from Chris Rios, formerly of Native Nom Nom, and is generating a lot of excitement from the veggie-obsessed community. Just goes to show for all nom nom meme fans, if you build it, they will come.
