Travel around the globe with three fearless chefs in No Kitchen Required, premiering tomorrow at 10/9c only on BBC America, as they put their own spin on traditional cuisine, like iguana in Belize, bat in Thailand and wild boar in New Zealand.
Dropped into the most exotic and remote places around the world these three chefs (New York restaurateur Michael Psilakis, Chopped Grand Champion chef Madison Cowan, and elite personal chef Kayne Raymond) work with the locals to hunt, fish and forage for ingredients, to create locally inspired meals. It’s up to the chefs to combine their skills with the techniques and flavors of the locals to create a delectable feast for their hosts in just three hours.
