Live Oak Brewing's Steve Anderson has left the Austin-based brewery after a decade and moved out to Alpine to launch a West Texas beer endeavor. Big Bend Brewing will be a 30-barrel brewhouse, and he tells Lee Nichols of the I Love Beer blog, "Our flagship beer will be either a pilsner or helles named Tejas." [I Love Beer]
