Chef Sonya Coté's new venture, Hillside Farmacy, announced via Facebook that they're "OPEN!" as of a couple hours ago. Back in January, Coté gave us the lowdown on her east side "eatery," which features eat-in and takeaway with a focus on local artisans. Now, we've got more info, via their PR folks: it's an "unofficial" soft opening, and the official opening date will be Monday, March 12th. More details when we get 'em. [Eaterwire]
