The Austin City Council's Public Health and Human Services Committee is discussing the counts in addition to other health-related measures, like reducing salt and banning trans fats. Apparently 21 percent of Austinites are obese or overweight and need to have, according to the HHSC's Carlos Rivera, "conversation" about "what constitutes health." [YNN]
