TastedMenu is a new app--currently only available in Boston and Austin--that's kind of like Yelp for individual dishes rather than restaurants. They launched at the end of February, and after a few weeks of ratings in town, the top-rated plate is the barbecue brisket at Franklin Barbecue, coming in at a 9.5 out of ten.
