It's nigh on St. Patrick's Day, wherein Americans celebrate the time-honored tradition of claiming highly tenuous Irish ancestry and/or being like fuck it, time for green beer. The folks over at North Loop's new Drink.Well pub don't have green beer per se, but they will be pouring the crowdsourced Sam Adams B'Austin American Red Ale, because they figure Boston is about as Irish as America gets. They'll also be serving a "special cocktail menu of Boston and/or Irish-centric libations," including Ginger Geoghegan with rum and green chartreuse and a "Calm Collins" with Jameson and chamomile.
