Watch Kobayashi Mildly Enjoy Austin Food Trucks

World-renowned competitive eater Takeru Kobayashi ate a selection of ridiculous and not-so-ridiculous offerings from Austin food trucks at this year's Foodspotting Street Food Fest at SXSW, stopping by the Peached Tortilla, Lucky J's, Yumé Burger, Chi'Lantro, One Taco and Hey Cupcake.

Because competitive eaters are not known for their, let's say, discretion, when it comes to food, it seems like kind of a weird choice for an endorsement, but Kobayashi looks like a real sweetheart. Watch him eat his first-ever chicken and waffles, smile adorably for the camera and wear a sticker that reads, even more adorably, "Yay!"
