Tyson Cole Is Pumped For A New Paul Qui Restaurant

Chef Tyson Cole, Uchi/Uchiko owner and mentor to Austin's topmost Top Chef, Paul Qui, told the folks at the "Today Munchie Mobiles" food trucks (not kidding, we're sorry, they're really called that) that he (like Eater Austin) is excited for Qui to open his own restaurant:

“Paul’s an amazing person? he’s the most talented, humble, amazing guy that I’ve ever worked with,” Cole gushed. “Obviously we’re so elated that he actually won. I’m hoping that he opens his own restaurant here in Austin – I’ll be the first one in line at the door.”
