Is it finally time to stop all this piecemeal complaining and really focus on what the hell is wrong with the totality of the Austin dining scene once and for all? Austin Chow Hounds seem to think so, especially the poster who has eaten out "almost weekly" for twelve years and therefore has some opinions on some things.
