Uchiko's Paul Qui Wins Top Chef Texas

SPOILER ALERT: Hope you didn't read that headline. Austin's own Chef Paul Qui, of Uchiko and East Side King fame, is officially America's next Top Chef. And Top Chef Texas' next Top Chef. Qui dominated the season, winning 8 of 16 elimination challenges, drawing an "All season long you just brought it," from head judge Tom Colicchio.

Last night Qui tweeted this adorable and heart-warming photo from the Uchiko viewing party and thanked everyone for their support. But why talk about his big win when we can watch it happen again and again?
