The Iron Cactus restaurant chain has been sued by former staff members who say the chain violated federal employment laws. It's a collective action suit brought in part by two employees from the Hill Country Galleria and downtown locations that alleges the restaurant "denied employees overtime pay, required wait staff to divide tips amongst ineligible employees and required wait staff to pay for “walked tabs” or broken items." An Iron Cactus general partner said they're "shocked and saddened" by the lawsuit. [ABJ]
