Congress has a new pastry chef, and her name is Erica Waksmunski and she's fresh from the San Francisco Bay area. Texas Monthly's Pat Sharpe has the scoop, via Q&A. Waksmunski says she got the gig in a matter hours, working a Friday service before an early Saturday tasting that got her the job.
