Food truck owners are sooooooo over Austin, which is "like been there, done that" according to the owner of the Dock & Roll Diner. The central city's saturated with trucks, so proprietors are using their wheels for real to spread out to Lake Travis and Westlake where the novelty hasn't yet worn off.
