Get excited, people with an extra $250 or $850 lying around to spend on three days of culinary hobnobbing with some of Texas'—and America's—best-known and best-respected chefs, booze experts, gourmands and related industry bigwigs! The official talent list for the second annual Austin Food & Wine Festival was released today, and it includes the likes of Andrew Zimmern, Aaron Franklin, Paul Qui, Marcus Samuellson, Adam Richman, Christina Tosi, Laura Sawicki, Jack Gilmore and so very many more. They'll all descend upon Austin from April 26-28, 2013 for days full of seminars, tastings and demonstrations in addition to evening events featuring live music and a taco-making competition. Via a press release:

The Festival will offer more than 40 events over three days, including Grand Tasting tents, hands-on seminars, food, wine and cocktail tastings, book signings, live music performances, and more. Featuring world-class chefs, sommeliers, cocktail experts, culinary personalities, and rising stars, Austin FOOD & WINE Festival attracts a national and international audience of food, wine and music lovers, while showcasing the talent, innovation and unique flavors of Texas.
Whether the 2013 festival will improve upon festival-goers' complaints of yesteryear of course remains to be seen; to witness it all for yourself, tickets are now available online.
