The Lone Star Vegetarian Chili Cook-Off is having trouble finding enough people who want to make huge loads of vegan chili for this Sunday's event. The 24th annual event's slogan is "Keeping Chili Weird," and those who enter agree to make five gallons of "chili" using no meat or animal products whatsoever. It's $35 for individuals and non-profits to enter, and $50 for a business, restaurant or corporate team. [Austinot]
