When Top Chef winner Paul Qui isn't busy taking over the Austin restaurant scene, he likes to go dive barring: "After work we like to drink at one of many dive bars including Hole in the Wall, Liberty, Grackle, Shang, Yellow Jacket, Side Bar. I guess that's why I ended up opening trucks at some of these locations." His drink of choice? "Jameson and a pilsner in the warmer months, and Jameson and a dark beer in the colder months."
