Chef Parind Vora, the guy behind Austin's only jacket-required restaurant, has a distinctly no-jacket-required approach to after-work drinks. He tells Eater Austin that when service is done at Restaurant Jezebel and Bar Mirabeau, it's down to the dive bar: "I actually go to G&S Lounge. I'm a simple guy, really. Bourbon on the rocks."
