There's no name, no confirmed location and no details on the menu or fare, but director of culinary operations Philip Speer describes the forthcoming Austin restaurant as "something more casual" with a lower price point.What's confirmed so far is that Uchi's Jack Yoss, a culinary protege of Wolfgang Puck who also has an executive chef stint at the W Hotel in Los Angeles' NineThirty, will run the kitchen.
"It's something Austin's never seen," Speer says, "kinda different and cool."
