Austin public television station KLRU hopes to help the world get schooled by Aaron Franklin, the reigning king of Texas barbecue. They aim to produce a how-to barbecue video series wherein "Aaron explains every step in nerdy detail," and to do so, they've created an Indiegogo campaign. Rewards for donors include your name inscribed on a piece of Franklin-brisket-smoking wood, bumper stickers, t-shirts and lunch with Franklin himself. [Indiegogo]
