The chintzed-out Russian House has been teasing Austinites with promises of authentic fare and vodkas of all kinds since the summer, and now comes word that they're opening ... tomorrow. Eater Austin went inside the 5th Street restaurant back in July, when they originally hoped to open that month. Via their Facebook page: "Dear Friends !
