The "voice of vegan Texas," Lone Star Plate, is pretty durn pleased with the new Good To Go food truck at the North Austin Trailer Yard. Known familiarly as the NATY, it's classed up an otherwise not-so-inspiring parking lot, and Good To Go has parked there with vegan-friendly and vegetarian offerings.
