Award-winning Congress beverage director June Rodil is leaving the downtown spot for a post as general manager at Paul Qui's new east side restaurant. Rodil tells Emma Janzen of the Statesman, who has the scoop: "It's bittersweet. I have such a strong connection with all the people that work here, especially those that I opened the restaurant with.
