The skies: not so friendly to 40 pounds of beef tongue that the East Side King crew needed this week for their pop-up truck at Star Chefs' inaugural International Chefs Congress. Media wrangler (and ladyfriend to Paul Qui) Deana Saukam posted this Facebook photo of a frowning ESK partner Moto Utsunomiya upon landing in New York City minus one very important suitcase full of beef tongue.
