The long-awaited Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden opens to the public today, serving house-made breads and sausages, jerky, sandwiches, craft beers, wine and cocktails. Chef Andrew Curren (of 24 Diner and Top Chef: Texas fame) is behind the meats and eats, while "artisan baker" David Norman supervises the bread, churning out baguettes, pretzels, rye and more. Starting today, they'll open seven days a week, with the bake shop open from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., and the beer garden--nestled downstairs along Waller Creek--open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
