Full Plate Filling Up

fullplate.jpgToday, Austin American-Statesman food writer Addie Broyles follows up on a piece she wrote earlier this month about culinary charity Full Plate. What's the haps? Well, Full Plate is doing pretty awesome now that Addie Broyles has written about them: "since the story came out, [chef and consultant Paul] Petruzzi says they’ve had tons of calls for people who are interested in having the team cater an event or delivery meals to their home or office." The non-profit catering and lunch delivery program helps homeless folks get the skills and support they need to find permanent employment. [Austin360]
