When the Austin Museum of Art's annual La Dolce Vita Food and Wine Festival hits Laguna Gloria on October 13, it will put the concept of progressive dinners to shame.
All your favorites, all in one place. Contigo, East Side Showroom, parkside. Local wineries, local liquor. Heck, even Tipsy Texan will be there to make your drinks.
It starts with a hungry, excited crowd, but this event always turns into quite a bacchanalia. People stumbling around the last hour waiting for their cabs, volunteers finally having that fifth drink, and chefs finishing their coolers of beer.
