According to the Austin Business Journal, construction on Olivia chef James Holmes' upcoming Lucy's Fried Chicken has begun and the restaurant is expected to open "by early next year." Lucy's, named after Holmes' daughter, will feature Gulf oysters, "other Texas specialties," and, of course, fried chicken. [ABJ]
