Pizzeria Uno is set to open 30 franchises of its mini-doppelganger Uno Dué Go in Texas, its "largest franchise deal in its 68-year history." The restaurant is only a three-year-old experiment in fast-pizza'ing, but its success in the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and a couple of Midwestern college towns has inspired the company to take the stores Texas-wide.
